Kubera Seva is an interest-free lending program where devotees lend money to the temple for a fixed period to assist with temple construction.

  1. How much is the minimum loan amount?

Intention is to raise interest free minimum loan amount of $5,000.00.

  1. Is my money guaranteed?

JEEYARS ACHARYA PEETTAM LTD takes the responsibility for returning the money to the lenders of KUBERA Seva. The loan is bound by legal document signed by authorised JAPA Director(s) and lender.

  1. Will I receive a tax deduction?

No. this project doesn’t have DGR facility to claim tax deduction.

  1. How can I monitor the progress of the project?

Temple progress is updated from time to time on 

  1. Has the Board set aside a repayment reserve?

Yes. JAPA Board will establish alternate financial arrangements for repayments. 

  1. What spiritual benefits are offered?

No other benefits are offered. 

  1. Is there a deadline to participate?
